    A two-week read of the estate. Architecture, observability, dependencies, regulatory shape. We finish with a written assessment: what to do, what to leave alone, what we'd refuse to ship.

  2. Design

  3. Build
    Iterations of two weeks, demoed live. Production from day one — no staging-only theatre. Hand-off documentation written as we go, not at the end.

  4. Operate
